Job Objective: Lead and manage the operations of the Environment Lab – Wet Chemistry at Thane, work collaboratively across the Organization to ensure Section’s and Organization’s objectives are achieved in an effective and efficient manner.
Key responsibilities:
- To Supervise and Guide the team
- Ensuring the Team achieves TAT in stipulated time
- Guide and Manage Analytical and Research activities
- Maintaining Lab documents and Equipment Maintenance, Calibration, and Purchase Records
- Ensure Team Readiness and Manage Section Functions
- Facilitate an Audit-Ready Culture | Represent Audits
- Follow the 5S principles | Training Need Identification | Ensure Training Plan and Execution
- Administrative task | Co-ordination with Cross Sections
Personal | Professional Requirement:
- Master in Chemistry or in Environmental Science | Exposure to ISO: 17025
- Minimum 8 Years of experience in a relevant field
- Team Management Skills | Attention to Details | Organized Skills
