💼 Experience Required
- Executive: 6–8 years
- Senior Officer: 3–5 years
🔬 Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Managing vendor qualification, evaluation, and periodic requalification for APIs, excipients, packaging materials, CMOs, and service providers.
- Conducting vendor risk assessments and evaluating vendor criticality.
- Reviewing GMP documentation, audit reports, and regulatory compliance records.
- Monitoring vendor performance, including CAPA, OOS/OOT, and audit observations.
- Supporting regulatory inspections involving agencies such as USFDA, EU, MHRA, WHO, and other regulatory authorities.
- Managing quality systems including deviations, change controls, quality documentation, and quality agreements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and compliant vendor qualification activities.
