📢 Job Opening – Medical Reviewer (Pharmacovigilance)

Position: 1
Experience: 0–3 years in Pharmacovigilance
Qualification: MBBS
Key Responsibilities:
• Medical review of ICSRs from spontaneous, literature, regulatory and other sources
• Review case narratives for medical accuracy, completeness & consistency
• Assess seriousness, expectedness, clinical significance & causality
• Review patient history, concomitant medications, labs and clinical outcomes
• Identify missing/inconsistent information and support follow-up
• Provide clinical input for signal management and case series review
• Support case processors on medically complex cases
• Collaborate with PV, QA, Case Processing & other teams
• Support audits/inspections and process improvement activities
Required Skills:
• Good knowledge of PV principles, ICSR processing & ADRs
• Understanding of MedDRA, causality & seriousness assessment
• Knowledge of GVP and regulatory reporting requirements
• Good clinical knowledge and medical terminology
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
Preferred: Experience in ICSR medical review/case processing, MedDRA/WHO Drug coding, and knowledge of ICH, US FDA & EU PV requirements.
