We are looking for an experienced IPQA In-Charge to lead our Quality Assurance operations at our Roorkee manufacturing plant.
🔹 Experience: 10–12 Years
🔹 Team Handling: 15+ Members
🔹 Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / relevant pharmaceutical qualification
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IPQA team and day-to-day activities.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor in-process activities, manufacturing & packing operations.
- Handle Deviation, CAPA, Change Control, OOS/OOT & investigations.
- Review batch records and quality-related documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, QC and other departments.
- Support internal, customer and regulatory audits.
- Drive quality compliance and continuous improvement at the plant
