Experience: 4 years or more
Job Description:
To prepare the quality related documents (e.g Quality manual, Department manual, QAP) etc.
To prepare the trend of deviations, OOS & tracking of corrective and preventive action.
Having good exposure to Qualification and Validation.
To prepare the protocol & report of hold time studies of products being manufactured.
To perform the plant round observations and compile the observations.
To prepare Standard Operating procedures (SOPs), Annual Product Quality Review (SQC & SPC), monthly product quality review.
To prepare and compile the investigation reports and relevant documents for customer complaints & market concerns.
Handling of IMS (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018) Internal audit & Customer audit & its compliance.
To fill the customer questionnaires and compile customer audit compliances.
Preparation of presentation related to quality meetings with follow-ups of MOM.
To evaluate the process capability of the finished goods manufactured at AIL.
Handling of vendor assessment evaluation & approval.
Preparation of SOPs
Handling Deviation, CAPA, MOC / change control.
