Location: Vasai, Maharashtra

Experience: 5–10 Years
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Manager – PPIC to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility at Vasai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor production plans as per business requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Stores, Purchase and other departments for smooth execution of production plans.
- Ensure timely availability of Raw Materials (RM) and Packing Materials (PM).
- Monitor production schedules, inventory levels and material requirements.
- Track Plan vs. Actual Production and identify deviations.
- Prepare PPIC MIS and reports for management review.
- Ensure optimum inventory levels and effective resource utilization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve planning and material-related issues.
- Maintain and update planning data in SAP Business One (SAP B1).
Candidate Profile:
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in PPIC within the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Production Planning, Material Planning & Inventory Management.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1).
- Strong analytical, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
