Key Responsibilities:
- Handle export documentation including Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (BL), Certificate of Origin (COO) and Shipping Bill.
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders and shipping lines.
- Manage Letter of Credit (LC) documentation and banking processes.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs and other export regulations.
- Track shipments and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely dispatch
Requirements:
🎓 Graduate in Commerce, Business, Logistics or a related field
💼 2–3 years of experience in EXIM operations (Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred)
📑 Good knowledge of export procedures and documentation
