Job profile:
- To review and approve the analytical reports for raw materials, packing materials, In-process, and Finished products and release or reject raw materials, packing materials, In-process and finished products in the Supply Chain Management system.
- To review and approve/reject the Certificate of Analysis of RM, PM & finished product.
- To review & approve Raw water, purified water and ETP water analysis report.
- To review stability reports and raw data.
- To perform audit trial for QC & Microbiology instrument CDS and non CDS.
- To handle different types of activity in SCM, Trackwise, Schedule manager, Indent management system, HRMS, Mysetu, Neutronic ICDS 2.1, Minitab software system, DMS, EDMS, LMS, LIMS.
- To investigate Lab incidents, Market Complaints, Deviations, OOS, OOT and Queries related to analytical QA.
- Receipt, review, issuance and control of analytical documents received from CQA and RA including the specification and test methods for raw materials, packing materials, intermediate and finished products
- In-process checks in Quality control Laboratory (QC & Microbiology) and ensure GLP is followed in QC & microbiology.
- To review activities related to chemical and microbiology analysis.
- To review Product Quality Review for the analytical part.
- To authorize the requisition for formats and additional pages.
- To review stability study protocol and analytical worksheet.
- Ensure to comply the requirements of the Environmental and Safety Management System.
- Take necessary measures to prevent accidents/incidents and help in accident/Incident Investigation.
- Adherence and compliance to cGMP requirements.
