Position: Manager / Sr. Manager
Markets: US, Europe & Canada
Experience: 10 - 15 yrs.
Responsibilities -
- Identifying new business opportunities of in-house products for Partnership for US, EU, Canada and other regulated Markets
- Negotiating prices with the customers.
- Deciding Non-Binding term sheets, Supply Agreements, Co-development and Distribution agreements with clients for the filed or under-development products.
- Driving and ensuring the successful launch of the products.
- Mapping the patent situation, competitive scenario, NPV of the potential products and finalizing product portfolio for in-house development.
- Rationalizing product portfolio and guiding project decisions for US, Canada and other markets.
- Preparing the Business case, NPV and Cost analysis for the products & prepare long term business plan for the Organization.
- Tracking the ANDA Projects for development and updating Sr. Management on the status of the Projects.
- Achieving the Sales Budget.
- Coordinate with the Customers and Regulatory team for the smooth filing of the products in the respective markets.
- Providing Training to junior employees for the allotted markets.
