This position is a part of the Innovation process in Galaxy Surfactants. The person would be accountable & responsible for the new products/ projects developments, planning, related experimentation & execution, customer communications and technology transfer related to the process.
WORK EXPERIENCE: Fresher or 0-2 yrs
AGE: 22 to 30 years
QUALIFICATION: Ph.D in Organic chemistry (Must)
CTC: As per industry standards (Kindly mention your current CTC in the resume)
WORK LOCATION: Navi Mumbai
Key Deliverables:
- Design new products/ projects and technology development.
- Technical communication with internal and external customers and presenting ideas/technologies to the management.
- Guiding team members, team management and taking care of the growth of the team.
- Executing the designed and planned synthesis/analytical route, experiments (synthesis/analytical) under the minimum guidance of the management.
- Conducting the day-to-day experiments of the project/experimental problems with broad guidance from the management.
- Planning and execution of day-to-day activity of project on pilot plant and commercial level.
- Generating data for drafting the new patents if patentability is possible under the guidance of Leader.
- Conducting scale-up activity & interacting with Pilot Plant, and other internal processes for scale-up activity.
- To ensure safe execution of laboratory/pilot experiments.
- Knowledge sharing and active participation in safety reviews and supervisions
Functional Knowledge, Skills:
- Good understanding of Chemical Processes, Unit operations.
- Good understanding of analytical methods and operations on a lab scale.
- Adequate knowledge of the unit operations at pilot plant.
- Good communication skills
