- Vendor Management
- Getting the best price from Vendor
- Searching Multiple Categories of Vendors
- Purchase Products at the Best Price.
- Setting up Purchase/ Procurement System.
- Negotiating with Manufacturer for Third Party Manufacturing.
- Finding Suppliers for Pharmaceutical Formulations and Getting Best Rates.
- Checking regulatory documents with Supplier/Manufacturer.
- Researching potential vendors (Formulations, Medical Devices, Consumables, etc ).
- Negotiating contract of agreement and pricing
- Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers
- Prepare a report on purchases, including cost analyses
- Market Research about different products and suppliers.
- Review quality of purchased product
- Developing a purchasing strategy
- Following up with suppliers concerning delivery times.
- Third-Party Procurement along with Regulatory Documents with Manufacturer.
- Procurement of Packaging Material as per Export Quality.
- Coordinating with Freight Forwarder regarding Rates for specific countries.
- Maintaining Vendor Records and its Product profile.
- Coordinating with Manufacturer for Third Party
