Scouting to R&D Leader from Pharmaceutical/ Nutraceutical Industry for a leading Pharma Contract Manufacturing Company.
The person responsible will be the Head of Formulation development and Analytical Research Team.
Product ranges are in Pharma/Nutra/Ayurveda and Sports Nutrition segment. The major focus will be on product lifecycle starting from product conceptualization to product commercialization.
Technical Competence:
- 20+ years of experience in R&D of Pharma and Nutra field.
- Exposure to the FDA plant will be an added advantage.
- Flair for process development leading to pilot and commercial plants
- Project management & data interpretation skills
- Ability to make & deliver process training sessions
- Skilled in troubleshooting, process optimization and scale-up.
- Experience in Quality by Design (QbD) and Design of Experiments (DOE).
- Expert knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), FDA, and International regulations.
