Job Summary:
The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) will support the execution of observational studies, real-world evidence (RWE) projects, patient registries, and healthcare analytics initiatives. The role involves coordinating with sites, healthcare professionals, and internal teams to ensure timely data collection, quality control, and smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day activities of non-interventional / observational studies
Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with investigators, hospitals, and clinics
Support patient/data recruitment strategies in collaboration with sites
Schedule and track study milestones, site activities, and deliverables
Ensure accurate and timely data collection from sites (e.g., case records, survey tools,EDC systems)
Perform data review, cleaning, and query management for completeness and
consistency
Act as the primary point of contact for site coordination and communication
Assist in developing study materials (CRFs, questionnaires, trackers, dashboards)
Collaborate with analytics and medical teams for data validation and insights generation
Prepare periodic status reports, trackers, and presentations for internal and client stakeholders
Support project timelines and ensure adherence to deliverables
Maintain organized study documentation and trackers
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field
Certification in Clinical Research (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in clinical research, healthcare research, or related roles
Experience in observational studies, registries, or healthcare data projects preferred
Freshers with strong academic background and internships may also be considered
Key Skills:
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
Good understanding of clinical/healthcare data and study workflows
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Effective communication (written and verbal)
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data tracking tools
Ability to manage multiple sites/projects simultaneously
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Real-World Evidence (RWE) or healthcare analytics projects
Familiarity with EDC tools, survey platforms, or data collection systems
Basic understanding of medical terminology
Exposure to hospital/site coordination
Working Model:
Hybrid or office-based (depending on project needs)
Occasional travel for site coordination (if required)
