What You’ll Drive:
• Development of solid oral dosage forms (IR, SR, CR)
• QbD, DOE-driven robust product development
• Seamless tech transfer & scale-up to commercial production
• Manufacturing excellence aligned with cGMP, USFDA & EMA
• Process validation, troubleshooting & yield optimization
• Leadership during audits, inspections & regulatory filings
What You Bring:
• 12–18+ years in Pharma R&D + Production
• Strong exposure to US/EU regulated markets
• Expertise in granulation, compression, coating & packaging
• Proven leadership in commercialization & compliance
Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm (Pharmaceutics preferred)
