B Pharmacy / M Pharmacy
Location: Dundigal, Hyderabad

Job Responsibilities:

• Receipt and acknowledgment of Market Complaints
• Investigation of the market complaints in coordination with the relevant dept
• Preparation of Investigation Report
• Review of investigation report
• Following up with proposed CAPAs for their implementation periodically
• Verification of the effectiveness of CAPA implementation
• Escalating the issues to the hierarchy
• Preparation and review of Semi-annual trends
• Communicating with the vendors/customers on the issues
• Maintenance of logs, records and Samples
