* Experience - Minimum 6+ years or currently designated as a Team lead
Senior Executive can also apply if holding 6+ years of
relevant experience in healthcare hiring.
* Graduation - MBA HR
* Should have relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
* Should be experienced in Healthcare Hiring (Medical Coding and Medical Billing)
* Should have major experience in Medical coding hiring (Freshers / Lateral / Leadership) hiring..
* Should be experienced in team handling
* Should have extended Bulk hiring, leadership hiring, especially in US healthcare RCM hiring
* Should Have Good Communication skills, both verbal and Written
* Kannada Speaking is an added advantage
Shift - Day
Location - Bangalore
Work Mode - WFO only
Notice Period - Short notice is preferable
Gender - Male or Female
