Job Summary
The Site HR Manager for the R&D Unit is responsible for managing all human resources functions at the site level. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The HR Manager will act as a key partner to the leadership team in fostering a positive workplace culture, driving employee engagement, and supporting the overall growth and development of the R&D team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR management, preferably in an R&D or pharmaceutical environment.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
