**Job Title: Quality Executive - NABL Documentation and Audit**
**Location:** Swargate Pune

**Job Summary:**
The Quality Executive for NABL Documentation and Audit will be responsible for ensuring compliance with NABL standards and guidelines. This role involves managing and maintaining quality documentation, preparing for audits, and facilitating internal and external audit processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Documentation Management:**
- Develop, review, and maintain quality documentation in accordance with NABL standards.
- Ensure all quality records are accurate, complete, and properly archived.
- Update and revise quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions as needed.
2. **Audit Preparation:**
- Prepare and organize documentation and records for NABL audits and assessments.
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with NABL standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure readiness for audits.
3. **Audit Facilitation:**
- Serve as the point of contact during NABL external audits.
- Assist auditors by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
- Address any non-conformities identified during audits and implement corrective actions.
4. **Compliance Monitoring:**
- Monitor and ensure adherence to NABL accreditation requirements and quality standards.
- Track changes in NABL guidelines and ensure that the organization’s practices remain compliant.
5. **Training and Support:**
- Provide training to staff on NABL standards and documentation requirements.
- Support team members in understanding and implementing quality management practices.
6. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to the quality management system.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and standards related to NABL accreditation.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree Msc Analytical Chemist or Msc Microbiology
- Proven experience of 4-6 years in quality management, documentation, and audit processes.
- Knowledge of NABL standards and accreditation processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Certification in Quality Management Systems ISO 17025
- Experience with laboratory or calibration accreditation processes.
