Aizant Drug Research Solutions Pvt Ltd is on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Trainee to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about making a mark in the pharmaceutical industry!
Key Responsibilities:
-Support backend operations of business development alongside a dedicated team.
-Assist in addressing RFQs, drafting proposals, and managing agreements.
-Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product deliverables and keep the Manager updated on project statuses.
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts, including creating and updating the client database.
-Collaborate closely with the accounts team on payments and credit follow-ups.
-Identify potential new customers in assigned markets.
-Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree in Pharma (Preferred) and an MBA.
Skills:
-Basic understanding of pharmaceutical R&D and manufacturing.
-Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
-Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
-Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
