Job role :
- Innovator Product characterization and providing packaging material recommendation for product development and stability studies.
- Knowledge about regulatory requirements for US/ EU/ ROW markets for identifying and finalizing packing material and vendors.
- Knowledge about critical and functionality tests of packing materials impacting final product stability and performance.
- Hands on know how about the various grades of materials/ glass/ polymers used in sterile dosage forms.
- Knowledge about drop size/ Leachable/ Extractables/ MVTR and tests required for development of ophthalmic and injectable formulations. Adept at designing protocols to address these studies.
- Knowledge of requirements for tech transfer activity, Packing specs, BPR
- Should be familiar with packing equipment for sterile products in order to provide support to location.
- Should have prior experience to suggest cost effective primary packaging Materials.
