*Roles and Responsibilities:
> Preparation of CQA SOPs, forms, Schedules and relevant documents.
> Handling and implementation of CAPA for the audit observations given by internal/ customer/ regulatory audits and review the effectiveness of CAPA.
> Preparation and review of all procedures, documents & reports for Corporate Quality Assurance.
> Making sure that Change controls are raised wherever necessary and Impact assessment evaluation and approved by concerned Departments, Head-CQA and maintenance of Change control log books and review histories for all documents.
> Monitoring the implementation of the Established procedures across the units.
> Trending the observations made during the customer & regulatory audit observations and extending the scope of Audit observations (Customer & Regulatory Inspections) across all API units.
> Handling and monitoring the key elements like OOS/Incidents/Market Compliant/Return Goods etc, for appropriate closing in all Units.
> Conducting internal audits as and when required.
