Candidates with 8-12 years of experience in below areas are preferred:
Establish and implement a packaging development strategy wholly integrated with Formulation Development and Manufacturing which includes.
- New product launches, Commercialization projects, Site variation projects, Cost savings, Standardization and variety reduction, Automation and Quality Improvement
Ensure smooth functioning of packaging development activities by establishing systems and procedures for commercial executions, technology transfer to production by way of Master Packaging Records, Artworks, Material specifications, change part development and equipment’s development wherever applicable
