Job Description:
- Candidate with extensive experience in conducting Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) based studies for small molecules, peptides and large molecules.
- Experience with automated liquid handlers is an added advantage but not must.
- Should be knowledgeable in various immobilization chemistries and designing SPR studies.
- Should be able to troubleshoot and optimize various parameters for successful SPR studies.
- Knowledge of association and dissociation kinetics, interpretation of SPR data.
- Excellent Report writing and communication skills.
- Awareness of industry standards and novel technologies related to the biophysical assay platforms.
- Will work closely with the group lead to establish priorities and further develop SPR and other capabilities.
- The candidate should be eager to meet aggressive timelines, multi-task experiments, and advance biotherapeutic discovery.
- Collaborate closely with biosensor group members to maximize instrument throughput and advance the biotherapeutic portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate/ Doctrate in Biochemistry, Biology, or related field.
- 4 to 6+ years of industry, biotechnology, or biopharmaceutical experience.
- Experience in SPR, Octet, high throughput, automated liquid handling, analytical assays, biotherapeutics, or antibodies
