We are hiring for below position at Intas Pharmaceuticals (Biopharma Division)
Job Role:
Candidates with 3-6 years of experience in production planning & material control.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Co-ordinate with purchase, production, QA/QC and warehouse for production planning and inventory management
2.Day to day follow-up with purchase/logistic for material availability as per production plan
3.Prepare delivery priority schedule as per production plan for incoming shipments
4.Follow-up with QC for on time releases
5.Updating inventory related data (SAP and Non-SAP platform)
6.Hands on experience of SAP material management and production planning modules
7.Performing physical inventory and reconciles also minimize write-offs
8.Monitor and optimize warehouse storage utilization levels
9.Knowledge of Inventory management and warehousing, desired but not mandatory
10.Knowledge of procure to pay process.
11.Knowledge of optimal order quantities by considering inventory norms, stock on hand, and forecast, desired but not mandatory
Technical skills required:
1. Hands on experience of SAP Material management and production planning modules
2. SAP Master data management
3. Usage of M.S. Advance Excel tools
4. Ability to collect and analyze data.
