We are looking for suitable candidates with below skill set with 1- 8 years industry experience after Masters (Biotech/Biochemistry) to work with us in Assay Development & Screening team:
Desired Skill set –
- Development of biochemical and cell based in vitro assay’s using various platform technologies (Fluorescence Polarization, HTRF, FRET, BRET, TR-FRET, Luminescence, AlphaScreen, AlphaLisa etc)
- Tissue culture experience : Screening of NCE’s using validated biochemical and cell based in vitro assay’s using different technologies as specified above
- Cell viability assays: 384 well format experimentation experience
- Hands on experience in setting up qPCR, western blot assays
- Preparing SOP drafts of validated biochemical and cell based assay’s
- Drafting technical write up’s for proposals to be submitted to clients
- Experimental record management
- Laboratory equipment management
