Experience: 5-10 years
Key Responsibilities: Validation and optimization of NGS and qPCR-based assays for gene expression analysis. Development of qPCR and PCR-based assays. Work in a collaborative environment. Meticulous record keeping and presenting work to stakeholders.
Technical/functional Skills: Next generation sequencing experience inclusive of transcriptomic library preparation methods is mandatory. Dince cell genomics experience will be plus. Experience with PCR and qPCR-based assays for gene expression analysis. Clear understanding of cell biology and molecular biology techniques. Familiarity with automation platforms.
