Roles and Responsibility:
1. Handling of Quality Management System. Initiation, evaluation and closure of change controls, deviation, incidents, and CAPA with the investigation and technical justification.
2. Handling of laboratory compliance and quality risk management.
3. Preparation of risk assessment and verification of risk mitigation plan.
4. Preparation and revision of SOP’s as per the laboratory requirements.
5. Review of laboratory records and ensure compliance on day to day
activities.
6. Conducting training within the team to strengthen the team activities.
7. Equipment qualifications and review of IQ, OQ, and PQ report.
8. Validations and calibrations of laboratory equipment.
9. Preparation of protocols and execution of miscellaneous studies.
10. Incident investigations and root cause analysis.
11. Preparation of miscellaneous validation protocols and their executions.
12. Media fill visual inspection.
