Job Objective:
To lead and manage the operations of the environmental wet chemistry section, while ensuring that the Departmental and Organizational objectives are met, in an efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise the team set-up
- Guide, and manage analytical and research activities while maintaining the best in class TAT
- Data management | Equipment maintenance
- Create | Facilitate an Audit-Ready culture | Represent Audits
- Follow the 5S principles | TNA | Ensure training plan & execution
- Manage Departmental Functions | Administrative Tasks
- Rationalize the functioning of the team
Personel | Professional Requirements :
- Masters in Science ( Chemistry | Environmental ) exposure to ISO 17025
- Minimum 10 years in relevant field ( experience as a team manager 4-6 years )
- Organized Leader | Analytical & Decision-making Skills.
