Roles and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for business development, sales and implementation of strategic plans to promote revenue, profitability and growth.
2. Generating leads for contract manufacturing of Nutraceutical and Pharmaceutical business.
3. Meeting customers, converting opportunities to sales and creating a pipeline of orders for the Contract Mfg business.
4. Formulating a sales budget based on organization objectives, and ensuring its fulfillment.
5. Co-ordinate with customer service/logistics/QC team, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Should have years of experience in handling BD and/or Sales of a contract manufacturing business ( pharma and Nutraceutical related products)
2. Should have an understanding of domestic and export markets for pharmaceutical/nutraceutical contract manufacturing
3. Should have a sound commercial understanding of contract manufacturing business for pharmaceutical, and should be able to discuss, negotiate & finalize financial terms with the customers
4. Must have technical knowledge of cosmetic & pharmaceutical formulations
5. Should be capable of convincing customers regarding the company's strengths, product quality, services, etc.
6. Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
7. Should be willing to travel.
