Skill Set: Worked in the field of Formulation IPR in a Pharma company or Law firm, should have good communication, writing and soft skills, effectively manage time and resources.

Job Description:
  • IPR support from product selection till launch - entire lifecycle.
  • Patent search reports.
  • Exclusivity expiry calculations.
  • Patent Expiry calculations.
  • IP status, IP summaries for Freedom to Operate for Regulated & ROW markets.
  • File history analysis.
  • Preparing Invalidation and Non-infringement opinions.
  • 505b2 evaluations.
  • Patent filing and prosecution.
  • Patentability evaluations and responding to Patent Queries.
  • Oppositions/IPRs/Litigations and tracking updates.
  • Interest in learning newer technologies.
  • Staying updated for IPR laws and case laws globally
