1. Acquiring BG Desk, Networking Desk, HobNob Desk and EPF1 & 2 cases in North Zone
2. Assist Networking team in speedy empanelment for hospitals in South.
3. Managing end to end Desk Operations
4. Leading Desk operations executive team for self acquired hospitals
5. Supporting recruitment of Desk executives
6. Training Desk Employees in regular interventions
7. Managing the roster, attendance, leaves etc of team
