Deputy Manager/ Manager Physicochemical:- Candidates with more than 10 years’ experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Specifications of vaccines DS, DP, RM, PM, Consumables.
- New methods standardization, qualification & validation. Biochemical testing of in-process, DS, DP and stability study samples for Protein, Adjuvant, Preservatives, moisture content, Nitrogen content, CTAB, total and free Polysaccharide, NMR, LC-MS or any other test.
- HPLC, HPAEC-PAD, Molecular size distribution, SDS-PAGE and staining.
- Testing of Water, steam, compressed air and gases. RM, PM, consumables: sampling, testing and release.
- Data review and QMS handling.
Education: MSc or M Tech or PhD in any branch of biological sciences
