Job Purpose:
- To work as a part of the Discovery Biology and Translational Sciences team and play as in vivo scientist in oncology. Perform Invivo tumor studies /PK-PD in Oncology and Immuno-Oncology area. Support in vitro/ex vivo works in the same area as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working as individual contributors or along with other Research scientists in In-Vivo lab as needed.
- To conduct in vivo animal studies/ Pharmacology in the area of Oncology/ Immuno-Oncology.
- To have a working knowledge of syngeneic /xenograft tumor models.
- To perform primarily variety of functions including but not limited to: Dosing /tumor cells implant as applicable, Tumor measurement, passaging & tissue collection for PD /bleeding for Pk, etc.
- Mammalian cell culture especially mouse and human cell line handling, passaging/cell line processing will be added advantage.
- In vivo study data acquisition and analysis with statistics and making a presentation in graph pad.
- Capable of analytical thinking and working with a quality approach.
- Maintain timely and accurate electronic notebooks. Follow all EHS laboratory safety standards and compliance requirements.
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Animal dosing by different routes/tumor cells implant.
- Tumor measurement, & tissue harvesting/bleeding/Cell culture maintenance.
- Well-versed in GraphPad Prism with knowledge of statistics.
