Job Description:
* Prepare/ review GMP documents (e.g. SOPs, Qualification Protocol & report and Study Protocol & Report.
* Review and keep track of due Re-qualification / Re-validation activities as per Master Validation Plan
* Review and update the Master Validation Plan.
* Adherence to the cGMP and agreed requirements in the Plant.
* Maintaining logs or other documentation required for qualification.
* Particle count monitoring & trends as per the procedure.
* Coordination with concerned departments for qualification activities.
* Monitor qualification activities.
* Review qualification and validation documentation of equipment, instruments, facility, utility and other documents.
* Co-ordinate training activity for the Validation and Qualification section.
