Brief Job Description:
Worked for regulated market-based ADL.
Knowledge of URS, IQ, OQ PQ work for new instruments
Must be known to calibration work of all analytical instruments example HPLC, Dissolution, pH meter, Balance, Melting point, UV, Ion Chromatography, GC (if) and other lab instruments
Preparation and maintenance of calibration schedule
Preparation and review of SOP for system and instruments
Experience to face Internal QA Audits and external agency audits for lab accreditation
Handling of working standards, column and impurity standards
Should be ready to support nearby QC sites for and lab expansion work or challenges
Capable to deal with outside vendors for instruments maintenance and calibration.
