Experience: 8-15 + Years Overall Successful Career Experience and Preferably at least 6-12 years in International Regulated/ROW Pharma Sales & BD in a well-known Pharma Company.
Qualification: Science/Pharmacy Graduate. Post Graduate MBA-Preferred.
Job Responsibility:
- Complete Business Management and BD responsibility.
- Ensuring Optimum Customer Selection and Management for growing the company’s business.
- Developing good rapport with International customers and statutory authorities.
- Target Achievement for the Regulated/ROW Markets Business.
- Collaborate internally with Manufacturing, PPIC, Logistics, RA, and Finance Dept. for effective support.
- Market Intelligence and Competitor Mapping
Additional Skills:
- Strong Leadership Qualities, Strong Verbal and Written Communication and English Language Skills
- Strong Sales and BD Skills
- Good Proficiency in Computers (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Must have traveled extensively.
