Job description:
- Handling of Product Complaints
- Maintaining a database of Product Complaints
- Handling of Product queries
- Handling of Change control proposals and deviations manually and track-wise
- Closure of Action of change control proposals
- Preparation, review, distribution, retrieval and destruction of CSOPs & SOPs
- Provide support for the audit of sites & Corporate functions
- Any other responsibilities assigned by CQA head.
Note : Formulation candidate preferred for CQA profile.
