Responsibility:
Sound knowledge of Method development, method validation, a method transfer in solid oral dosages formulation.
Sound knowledge of stability studies as per regulatory requirements.
Preparation and review of method validation and stability protocols and reports.
Calibration of analytical instruments
Review of Logbooks, LNB, STP, SOP calibration, AMC periodically.
Co-ordination with R&D QA and another department
Good knowledge of instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, IR and others.
Preparation of SOP, GTP, COA and other documentation
Exposure of ICH/SUPAC/FDA guidelines.
