Lifepharma fze-UAE (USFDA Approved plant -Dubai is currently looking for Pharmaceutical Legal Counsel for our Manufacturing Plant with 6-8 years of experience in the Pharma/Healthcare Field must.
Job Description for Pharmaceutical Legal Counsel Position:
(i) Agreements: Drafting and vetting of high-value license, supply & distribution agreements for regulated countries, and other miscellaneous agreements as and when required.
(ii) Compliance: Regular check & initiation for compliance-related activities to be done with regard to the operation of the company.
-Identifying key commercial contracts and preparing obligations tracker from a compliance perspective.
(iii) Transactions: Handling key transactions for the company including de-merger and acquisitions in regulated countries.
To work on post-merger requirements both from an operational as well as a compliance perspective.
(iv) Trademarks: To help the team with trademark-related activities as and when required.
(v) Miscellaneous: To prepare policies as per the requirement of business responsibility report (BRR) for the company which includes inter-departmental coordination as well as collaboration with external consultants. To prepare MIS tracker for commercial agreements on a monthly basis.
What you’ll bring to the role:
• Law school graduate
• Fluency in English essential Knowledge of at least one other language preferred
• 4 years ideally gained within a healthcare/pharmaceutical environment. Ability to analyze complex legal issues
• Strong verbal & written communication skills; together with a high ability to influence and negotiate.
• Proven ability to deal positively when working within tight time pressures & demanding clients
• Sound experience in handling a high volume of activity involving multiple Demonstrate professional & culturally sensitive work ethic.
