Roles and Responsibilities
- Working on the moderation of the listings and making sure 98% accuracy is maintained.
- Making sure the listing are completed within the defined SLA/TAT time.
- Should be able to work independently and understand his/her performance metrics.
- Track his/her own performance need to improvise based on the business requirement.
- Should be able to manage his / her own performance.
- Need to be very judgmental in order to make sure that the correct information updated on the map front
- Should be focused to achieve 100% user satisfaction and zero client or customer escalations
Desired Candidate Profile
- Any Graduate(2018 to 2021 Pass out only). If 2021 batch, candidates should have all semester marksheet.
- Freshers are most eligible.
- Need Immediate Joiners.
- Basic English Requirement & Strong Problem Solving skill.
- Decent Communication skill.
- Should be comfortable with 24*7 work culture, rotational shifts and rotational week offs(Night Shift/ Day Shift).
- Candidate must have All the Educational Certificates, Aadhar Card , Voter ID , Pan Card(Government ID ).
