1. Market complaints
• Investigation of Market complaints.
• Handling Post Market surveillance Records, FAR and recall.
• Preparation of annual summary of Market complaints.
• CAPA initiation and review
• Handling and tracking of audits (regulatory and customer)
• Review of compliance.
2. Change control
• Handling of Change Control (evaluation, impact assessment, closure, effectiveness monitoring).
• Preparation and review of SOPs.
• Handling of Master Documents.
• CAPA initiation and review.
• Handling of training, SOP issuance.
