Hands-on experience working on Solid Oral and Liquid Oral Dosage Forms.
Experience developing products for Regulated Markets.
Hands-on experience in handling Fluidized-bed processor
Preparing Project Feasibility & Strategy Report by extensive literature survey.
Experience in different release patterns
Prior experience on 505b2 Projects is an added advantage
Ability to adhere to documentation requirements for regulated markets like US, China, Canada, Europe, Australia,
Pre-formulation studies to check the compatibility of the API with different excipients.
Day-to-day execution of the planned batches in the laboratory.
Ability to analyze initial and stable data and propose changes to reach the desired formulation.
Optimization of the prototype formulation by evaluating the Critical Process Parameters, QBD and Establishing Discriminatory media.
Experience in scale-up batches and technology transfer is a must
Coordinating with Project Management Team for timely execution of project work.
Coordination with Analytical Department for routine analysis of formulations and development and validation of analytical methods for various products.
Good communication is of great importance along with experience in attending teleconference calls with clients.
