Position: Manager Quality Control
Job Location: Ramdev, Tarapur
Qualification: MSc
Experience: 10 - 12 years experience (At least 4 years experience as a Manager)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Execution of all activity of Quality control.
- Review of the specification, QC SOPs, Protocols& analytical test data sheet.
- Release /Rejection of Raw materials, Packing materials and Intermediates.
- Investigation of product complaints and reporting of results of such investigations.
- Participation in the investigation and documentation of deviations discrepancies.
- Timely coordinate of the result of testing to facilitate the achievement of the production schedule.
- Solving the online queries regarding analysis and quality systems.
- To conduct the self-inspection and/or quality audit that regularly appraises the effectiveness and maintains the cGMP in the Quality control department.
- Associated with change control related to product, system and documents.
- Training of staff in Laboratory techniques, General Analytical Methods, Quality control procedures and General Laboratory Practices.
- Support to DMF preparation and preparation of Q. C. documents required for registration cell.
- Handling of 21 CFR compliance software i.e. Empower, Shimadzu, lab solutions IR, UV probe, Astron, lab India, Open lab Software and data collection of various instruments.
- Conducting an investigation of out of specification results and out of trend results
- Conducting an investigation of chromatographic errors and analytical errors.
