Job Description:
- Handling of change control and deviations.
- Preparation of process validation protocol and reports.
- Preparation of Quality Management System software qualification protocol and report.
- Preparation review and issuance control of SOP’s
- Preparation of Annual Product Quality Review and Continuous Process Verification.
- Review of qualification documents like equipment, facility and computer-based software.
- Review of all documentations for preparation of batch manufacturing records.
- Verification of the equipment cleaning record, Batch Manufacturing Record and the related SOP’s prepared by the production department for its adequacy as and when required.
- Handling of quality incident, Out Of Specification, Corrective Action and Preventive Action and market complaint as and when required.
- Routine Quality Assurance activities and documentation front as will be given from time to time.
- Any other jobs as may be assigned to you from time to time.
- Comply with Safety Health Environment Guidelines, Safety Health Environment Rules and Regulations Comply with usage of Personnel Protective Equipment wherever applicable.
- Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective & preventive actions immediately.
- Report any incident/accident/ near miss/ illness to the superiors.
- Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and report to superiors
- Act as Safety Health Environment core Team member.
- Also responsible for the work of his senior in the absence of senior.
